We were on a cruise so we were on a limited time frame on the island. We had heard about the company from the welcome center. We were given the owner's cell number in order to get in contact with him in case we missed our appointed time. Well we did because of an issue with the taxi; but they made sure to make up for it. We have two young boys (10 and 7) and because we had to go at a later time, they made sure to let my boys go up twice. It was something they did not have to do, but they were so kind and understood our situation. It was a wonderful trip. It was well worth it. My boys still say it was their favorite part of the cruise 🙂

Captain Mike and his shipmate, Matt, were warm and gracious hosts of our family in St. Thomas. With just a small window of time during our cruise in St. Thomas, Mike was so helpful in arranging logistics over the phone when I called him a week before we arrived. He arranged for our family to have a taxi with air-conditioning to pick us up and take us to Sapphire Bay (about 20-30 mins from Havensight). The parasailing was fabulous and he even arranged for us to get waverunners to play on the Bay afterwards. I could not have asked for a better experience that was so kind and professional. If I could rate this 10 stars, I would. Thank you Mike and Matt!

This was awesome! Did it just yesterday afternoon. My 14 yr old daughter and myself went up and it was a highlight of the trip. We were given a safety briefing, strapped in and up we went! They also offer a SD card with pictures for an additional fee- totally worth it. Would defiantly recommend as well as do it...
